Who runs it

Pembermoor is owner‑operated. It was founded by Rick Liu, who spent his earlier career in international banking and technology — IBM and Morgan Stanley among them — before moving into marketing for small businesses.

That matters to a customer in one practical way: the person who sells you a slot is the person accountable for whether it is printed straight, hung at eye level and still there in month eleven. There is no account manager layer to get lost in.

How we answer

  • Email answered within one business day — and if we are going to miss that, we say so rather than go quiet.
  • A named person on every job, not a ticket queue.
  • Written before charged. You see the artwork and the total before we take money.

What we believe about local advertising

Attention beats reach

A board read by forty people who live three miles away is worth more to a tint shop than four thousand impressions bought from strangers.

A flat price is a feature

Small businesses can plan around US$600 once a year. They cannot plan around an auction.

The venue should never pay

The moment a venue is a customer, the board stops being a service to the room and starts being a cost to defend.

Everything else is on the phone.

We would rather answer three questions now than resolve one dispute later.
