Reviews · for local businesses in the United States

Your customers would leave you a review. They just forget.

A shop with 180 reviews is rarely doing better work than the one with 14. It is asking, every time, while the job is still fresh — and that is the part that quietly stops the week everyone gets busy. We make the asking happen, answer everything that comes back, and put a person on the ones that need one.

We ask on every job — and we never screen

Three messages go out after the work is finished: a check-in with no request and no link, then the review request, then one reminder. The reminder is the step nearly everyone skips, and it brings in the most.

The check-in earns its place too. “Did everything turn out alright?” catches a complaint while you can still put it right — and a customer whose problem got fixed quickly often leaves the best review on the page.

Every customer gets the same message and the same link, whether we expect them to be pleased or not. Filtering so that only happy customers reach Google is against Google’s review policies and against the FTC’s rules on consumer reviews. Someone will offer to do it for you. We don’t, and our agreement says so.

Every review gets a reply. The bad one gets a person.

Four and five stars are answered automatically within about fifteen minutes, in your voice rather than a robot’s. Three stars or below is never answered automatically — it waits for someone to read it.

A clumsy automatic reply turns an annoyed customer into a public problem. And that reply is exactly what the next customer reads while deciding whether to call you or the next name on the list. Those four minutes are the part you are really paying for.

We clear what is already sitting there

Before any of that: the profile filled in, hours and service area corrected, and a reply written under every review that has sat unanswered — some for years. In month one, that is the change your customers actually notice. Those replies stay on your profile whatever happens afterwards.

One message a month, so you are never wondering

A screenshot and a few lines: how many came in, where the total stands against the day we started, that every one has been answered, and which one we handled by hand. Not a report, not a meeting, not a call you have to find time for.

What it costs

$565 to set up · once
$249 a month · cancel on 30 days’ notice

The setup is not our afternoon — it is your own back catalogue, put to work. The customers you have already served, the reviews already sitting on your profile with nobody replying to them: those are assets you own and are not currently using. The monthly fee keeps it running after that.

No minimum term. No cancellation fee. Billed monthly in advance, and nothing changes price without written notice before the billing date.

What we don’t promise

We promise the work, never the rankings. The profile will be complete, the asking will happen on every job, every review will be answered, and you will be told the numbers. Nobody controls whether a customer chooses to write something, or where Google puts you. Anyone who promises you either is guessing or breaking a rule.

And we don’t spend your money. If putting a complaint right calls for a refund or a free return visit, that is your call, not ours. We reply publicly, ask them to phone your office, and tell you the same day what was said.

One thing about text messages

US carriers require a business to be registered before automated texts can be sent on its behalf. We prepare that filing the day you sign; you provide the business details and you are the one making the declaration. The business registration usually clears in days, the messaging campaign behind it commonly takes one to three weeks, and that timing is set by the carriers — so we won’t give you a date we can’t keep. The replies, the profile work and the monthly update all begin immediately and do not wait on it.
