What we do
Each item below states what you receive, what it costs in US dollars, how long it takes to deliver, and what is not included. If anything here is unclear before you buy, ask us — that is cheaper for both of us than a dispute afterwards.
Product one
A printed advertising slot on a Pembermoor community board installed inside a host venue — typically a restaurant, café, barbershop, tyre or tint shop, or clinic waiting area — in the service area you choose.
For host venues
Free, and it stays free. We do not charge venues, we do not ask venues to buy anything, and we do not pay venues a commission — which is why we can keep the advertiser price flat.
The board, the mounting, the community notice area at the top, and all upkeep. We supply and fit everything.
Wall or stand space at eye level in an area where people wait, and permission to visit to maintain it.
Tell us and we remove the board and make good the wall within 10 business days. No fee, no notice period.
Product two
Sold to the same local businesses, and only to businesses operating in the United States. Billed monthly in US dollars in advance. Cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice; there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Core
A three- to seven-page business website: services, service area, contact, and a request form that sends to your inbox. Mobile first, HTTPS, and hosting for the first twelve months. Delivered within 20 business days of receiving your content.
Core
After each completed job we send your customer a text message and an email asking for a review, with a direct link to your Google profile. You see who was asked and who replied.
Core
When a call to your business goes unanswered, the caller receives an automatic text within seconds asking what they need, and the reply lands in one inbox you can answer from a phone.
Core
Your name, address, hours and services kept consistent across the major directories and map services, and corrected when they drift.
Add‑on
A voice agent answers your business line when nobody can, takes the caller’s name, job and address, books into your calendar where you allow it, and sends you a transcript. You set what it may and may not say. Calls are announced as automated at the start.
Add‑on
A monthly summary of calls answered, texts sent, reviews gained and form submissions, sent by email. Plain numbers, no vanity metrics.
Restrictions
Our boards hang in family venues, so we refuse the following outright, regardless of the advertiser’s licensing:
Tell us your trade and your zip code. We will say which is worth buying first and which can wait — including when the answer is nothing yet.
